Terms of Service

I will draw

human and human-like characters (original characters or fanart, any fandoms)

mecha
furry and animals
complex backgrounds (with architecture, cars etc.)

1. Commissions are for personal use only. Not for commercial use. Don’t resell. Nothing my art may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
2. All commissions are digital art. These are digital goods that don't require delivery. I send the finished commission via email in any convenient format (png, jpeg etc.)
3. Since PayPal no longer works in my country, full prepayment via Boosty, EasyStart or Hipolink.
If you will use EasyStart, I'm sending you a link to my public profile (EasyLancer), then you need to log in and pay the required amount with your card. More detailed payment instructions here.
Hipolink is a service from creators of Boosty. Here you can pay using your PayPal!
Prepayment is non-refundable.
4. Up to 3 edits are possible. Edits only at the sketch stage.
5. Please be ready to provide reference images for characters, clothes and poses. I don't draw characters based on verbal descriptions.
6. Additional fee may be required in case of highly detailed costume, armor, complex tattoos on the character, etc.
7. The deadline for the commission is from a week to one month. No tight deadlines of less than a week.
8. It is not allowed to edit, recoloring, tracing commissions. But you can crop it for an avatar or wallpaper and print for personal use.
9. I reserve the right to decline any commission requests if I feel uncomfortable with it.
10. Please repost commissions only with credits. It's desirable to indicate my nickname at least.
11. I post all my art online, including commissions. If you don’t want your commission to be posted on my social networks, you must notify me in advance. Also any commissions can be part of my portfolio or post as samples.

- Additional character +100%
- Simple background (flat color, gradient, abstract etc.) – for free
- Other simple backgrounds (simple landscape, simple interior, flowers and plant motives) are negotiable +$5-$25
